Property Investment Consultant North West / Remote £80,000 OTE
We are looking for ambitious Property Investment Consultants to join a growing property investment business marketing premium opportunities across major UK cities.

• Negotiable basic salary depending on experience

The Role You will manage a pipeline of inbound investor enquiries and warm leads, consulting with clients to understand their investment goals and recommending suitable property opportunities.
Using a consultative sales approach, you will guide investors through the purchasing process and close high-value transactions.
Most interactions take place remotely via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls, with occasional face-to-face meetings.
Ideal Experience

• Experience in property investment, off-plan property or investment sales preferred
• Proven track record in consultative or high-value sales
• Strong ability to build rapport and close deals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
