Property Inventory Inspector – Full-time or Part-time

Location: Greater London (field-based, on the road)

Pay:

* Full-time: from £30,000 per year (depending on performance and workload)

* Part-time: £150–£200+ per day (depending on performance and workload)

We have our own proven way of working and specific report format, and you’ll need to be comfortable adapting to that. We’ll train and support you, but consistency matters.

The Role

You’ll be visiting rental properties across Greater London to:

* Complete:

* Inventory check‑in reports

* Mid‑term inspections

* End of tenancy / check‑out inspections

* Take clear, comprehensive photos and record the condition of each room and item using our templates.

* Produce accurate, detailed written reports in our specific format.
