The large Property Management Department employs 10 property managers, two Account Assistantants, an administrator and a Compliance Manager. It led by the Head of Property Management, who is one of our Associate Directors. Due to the rapid growth and internal changes, we are now looking for two new Property Inspectors to join the team.

The Role: As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting properties and preparing reports for Landlords. You will also be responsible for pre tenancies checks to make sure the properties are ready before the move in date. This role would be suitable for an experienced Property Inspector or for a hard working junior candidate interested in a long-term career in Property Management with a clear path of development and growth.

Key Responsibilities: Traveling between properties using the Company car or your own car Checking the tenant is keeping the properties in good condition Inspecting any maintenance issues that need to be addressed Taking pictures and making a record of condition of the properties Preparing inspection reports using a dedicated platform Conducting pre tenancy checks to prepare the property for rent Meeting and communicating with tenants as needed

Requirements: Full UK driving licence Attention to details Ability to work to a clear schedule and deadlines Good IT skills
