Position An opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the firm's expanding dispute resolution team in Leeds. This role offers exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value commercial property disputes, working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of property-related disputes on behalf of a diverse client base, including corporate occupiers, landlords, tenants and developers. The work will predominantly focus on commercial property matters and may include landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, breaches of covenant, possession proceedings, and disputes arising from development agreements. You will be responsible for handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including drafting legal documentation, advising clients on strategy, and representing their interests in negotiations and, where necessary, court proceedings.
