Property Disputes Partner | Top 100 UK Law Firm | London

I’m currently working with a progressive Top 100 UK law firm on the appointment of a Property Disputes Partner to join their London office.

This is a genuinely exciting time to be engaging with the business, there is a clear strategic focus on growing the Property Disputes offering, with strong leadership backing, meaningful investment, and the tools and support needed to build a successful and sustainable practice.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to play a key leadership role within a growing Property Disputes team, working closely with the Head of Department and the wider Real Estate group to:

• Continue to develop a market-facing Property Disputes practice
• Lead on complex, high-value commercial property disputes
• Grow and strengthen client and referrer relationships
• Mentor and support junior lawyers while shaping the future of the team

The firm is keen to speak with partners who bring a client following and a credible business plan, alongside a collaborative, people-first approach to leadership and client service.

You’ll likely be:

• A Partner (or senior lawyer ready for partnership) with experience in commercial property disputes
• A proven business developer with a track record of converting BD into instructions
• An excellent client manager with a reputation for delivery and collaboration
• Someone motivated to build and grow a practice with the backing of a strategically aligned firm
