ROLE OVERVIEW Manage a caseload comprising pre-litigation property damage claims, as well as litigated matters in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Meet annual time recording targets, balancing chargeable and investment time effectively. Understand client expectations and handle cases in accordance with service level agreements and established best practices.
