Property Consultant - Telecommunications

A growing organisation is seeking a Property Consultant – Telecommunications. This role offers the flexibility of working from home after initial training, with occasional site visits.
You will be working as part of a friendly team and working on behalf of the big names in telecoms.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with lease renewals
* Auditing Equipment
* New site requests (MSV’s)
* Reviews of rent
* Some access management
Additional Responsibilities
* Conduct site surveys and assist with health & safety and equipment audits
* Dealing with surveyors, legal professionals, and external stakeholders
Requirements
* RICS or LLB accredited degree
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experienced with the 2017 Electronic Communications Code
* Site visits - primarily rooftop installations in Greater London
* Comfortable with visiting sites at heights
* Able to pass security vetting
Desirable
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act
* A full, clean driving licence (especially helpful if based outside London)
