The Role We are seeking a strategic and client-focused professional to assess business needs, manage insurer relationships, structure and price bespoke insurance solutions, and drive placement strategies across global markets, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and maintaining expert use of broking systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of insurance markets, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver tailored client solutions in a fast-paced, global environment. As part of the team, you will: Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues. Manage relationships and negotiate placements with the insurance market. Work with Account Executives and Sales Team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal. Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy.
