About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Compliance Officer to join our Estates team. This is a dynamic opportunity to take ownership of key safety initiatives, shape best practices, and work across a broad portfolio of properties – both residential and commercial. Leading Health & Safety Projects Drive improvements in how health & safety information is shared across the Estate and with commercial tenants. Identify gaps, propose solutions, and establish clear, ongoing processes to ensure regulatory compliance under the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations (1999). Support Fire Safety and Compliance initiatives, including Mandatory Occurrence Reporting. Advise residential teams on safety compliance for head lessees and Right to Manage properties.
