We are delighted to be working in partnership with our client based in Inverness who are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to work within their Property Team on a full time, permanent basis. This role would suit a professional individual who offers experience working within Property and the Legal sector.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation Being a point of contact and answering any calls, take message and support visitors to the office Maintain diaries and arrange appointments Manage all filing, both hard and soft copies Open and closure of client files and sending documents for storage Assist with anti-money laundering checks Provide cover for reception services when required Manage all administrative tasks
