ASAP We are urgently seeking a

Property Administrators

to join our team and support the delivery of key work relating to the

dilapidations process . This role will involve: Accurate

data entry

into the Property Maintenance System (Concerto)

Extracting information from reports and updating records

Supporting the administrative function within Property

Working closely with an existing team member for guidance, while also being confident to work

independently when required

What we're looking for: Strong IT literacy and confidence using computer-based systems

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to manage workload and work unsupervised at times

A proactive approach and willingness to support within tight timescales
