Projects/Contracts Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment & Decarbonisation\n\nLocation: Cambridgeshire\nSalary: Excellent package + car/allowance + outstanding benefits\nFramework Value: £12m p/a (with further works secured)\n\nA leading main contractor specialising in the refurbishment and decarbonisation of social housing is looking to appoint an experienced Projects/Contracts Manager to oversee a major framework across Cambridgeshire.\n\nThis is a long-term programme valued at £12m per annum, with significant growth expected.
