We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Projects & Construction team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a nationally recognised Infrastructure & Projects practice, supporting the team across a full spectrum of infrastructure and construction work, with a focus on non-contentious matters. The candidate will work on matters across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial development, renewable energy, utilities, real estate, public sector, and infrastructure.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting a highly reputable client base, including real estate developers, energy and utilities companies, and developers, in some of the most significant construction matters in the UK.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ PQE;
• Strong background in non-contentious and/or projects related matters matters within a medium to large commercial firm. Experience in real estate development or public sector matters advantageous;
• Excellent commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
