The FirmGlobal law firmThe RoleWe have a new opportunity for a junior lawyer to handle a projects/corporate transactional role as follows:Projects - advising on international, high-value projects often in the energy and ports & terminals sectors for both government and private sector interestsCorporate - advising on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures - reviewing, drafting and commenting on transaction documents - share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operational joint ventures, disclosure letters etc; due diligence; preparing board and shareholder minutes and other ancillary documents in preparation for exchange and completion; general corporate advisory work.Commercial - advising clients on a variety of commercial contracts, Multi-jurisdictional advice - coordinating input from the global network of offices and from local counsel in other jurisdictions to advise clients on cross border transactions or in due diligence or similar exercises.The CandidateThe successful candidate will be 1 - 3 PQE with strong academics paired with experience of transactional work within a City firm environment and an interest in corporate/ commercial/ projects work.Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
