Job Description
Leading commercial delivery as Project Surveyor across responsive social housing projects in the West Midlands
Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuations and contractual administration across multiple workstreams
Producing CVRs, managing cashflow and delivering accurate monthly commercial reporting
Supporting project teams with cost control, procurement strategy and value recovery initiatives
Working closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners across West Midlands operations to drive successful delivery
Skills / Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within social housing or responsive maintenance environments
Strong background working on internal, external and maintenance-related workstreams within a Tier 1 contractor
Experience with subcontract procurement, valuations and NEC or similar contract frameworks
