Experience in community development, working with children and young people or seniors is welcomed, but most importantly is willingness to get involved, confidence to lead on some activities and projects, flexibility - our days are often full of unforseen tasks/actions that need to be carried out.
You need to be a great communicator and really enjoy working with people.
