About the Role: This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to play a significant role in the business operations of the Charity. As a Project Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for households, providing excellent customer service. Good communication skills are a must, alongside a proactive approach to problem solving. Previous experience in a similar role delivering presentations, also providing quality administrative and customer service support would be desirable and would make you a valuable contribution to our small, friendly and dedicated team.
