Job Description
Role: Project Support
Location: Birmingham AL, 35203
Duration: 36+ Months contract
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Supporting project management activities for transmission survey and mapping work
• Preparing and tracking cost estimates for capital and O&M projects
• Analyzing schedule exceptions and cost variances
• Maintaining project timelines, objectives, and communication
• Processing timesheets and expenses for the workgroup
• Supporting documentation and reporting using Microsoft tools
What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting projects or project management functions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
• Clear oral and written communication skills across teams and leadership levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
