We’re hiring a Project Supervisor (Contractual)

Job Role: Manage on-site contractors and ensure safe, efficient delivery of infrastructure projects at the Radbroke site. You’ll act as the key on-site contact for ISS Projects, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to high standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day contractor activities

Enforce health & safety compliance (incl. HSG47)

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and briefings

Maintain project documentation and progress reports

Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

Essential Requirements

CSCS Card

SMSTS Certification

HSG47 Units 1 & 2 certified

Proven experience supervising infrastructure or construction projects

Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and safety standards

Desirable

First Aid certification

Experience in secure environments (e.g., data centres, banks)...
