About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our Bristol-based team. You'll play a key role in developing, integrating, and maintaining project schedules across a dynamic portfolio. If you thrive on structure, love working with people, and have a knack for balancing timelines, risks, and resources - we'd love to hear from you.
This is a customer-facing role where your ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders will be just as important as your technical skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, maintain, and manage resourced, time-phased project schedules across multiple projects Create and maintain risk-adjusted schedules and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by integrating cost, schedule, and scope data Track performance, identify delays or deviations, and develop mitigation plans Facilitate baseline change control and produce "what-if" scenarios Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against schedule Integrate Agile and Waterfall plans into overarching programme schedules Generate regular reports and dashboards to support visibility, control, and decision-making
