This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the construction industry and is eager to take on responsibilities that span across commercial management and project coordination. Day-to-day of the role: Engage in thorough review and analysis of contractual documents, providing insightful commercial advice to facilitate amicable solutions. Actively participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-contract meetings to final account settlements. Ensure meticulous monitoring and reporting of project variations, maintaining stringent adherence to contractual change protocols. Conduct detailed monthly financial evaluations with clients, oversee the processing of interim payments, and expedite the finalisation of accounts. Implement cost control measures, perform cost-value reconciliations regularly, and contribute to dispute resolution processes when necessary.
