Job Description
- Location: West Yorkshire
- Salary: Competitive - up to £60k
What YOu'll Do
- Take full commercial responsibility for planned maintenance projects.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and valuations.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and client requirements.
- Drive value engineering and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a QS within social housing or planned maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (or relevant experience).
- Competitive salary up to £60k
