Project Quantity Surveyor | Refurb & Fit-Out | Central London | Permanent   I’m working with a specialist Central London main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and high-end residential schemes across some of London’s most prestigious estates.

They operate across projects typically ranging from £100k–£5m, covering listed heritage refurbishments, CAT A/B commercial fit-out, high-end residential, and specialist installations.

This is a proper Project QS role — not a step-up — where you’ll take full commercial ownership of schemes from instruction through to final account.
