Project Quantity Surveyor – Heathrow Airport Location: Heathrow Airport, London Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £80k to £90k plus benefits About the Role: This leading specialist contractor is delivering multiple high-profile packages at Heathrow Airport and is looking for a senior Project Quantity Surveyor to take full control of these projects. Over the past year, a £3m package of works has grown to £20m, with anticipated growth to £50m this year as further packages are awarded. This is a prime opportunity to be part of the team focussed on complex civils projects at one of the UK’s busiest airports. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all QS duties for heavy civils works, including the upgrade of Terminal 2. * Work on NEC contracts, directly liaising with the main civils contractor * Prepare cost reports, budgets, valuations, and commercial advice for senior stakeholders. * Support tendering activities, including a large demolition scheme in Terminal 1. * Take full ownership of project commercial management, ensuring cost control and risk mitigation. * Collaborate with project teams to forecast, track, and report project financial performance.
