They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to be a no2 on a £30m industrial unit project under NEC contract. This role is full time, permanent and, site based in West London. It is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Main contractors who have gone from strength to strength over the past 5 yearsKey Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:Managing the subcontractor packages from procurementFeeding into CVRsWorking closely with the senior to ensure the commercial success of the projectKey Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor:The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a Main contractor or ground works background, and be competent in managing the downstream process.
