Job Description
Project Quantity Surveyor | Refurb & Fit-Out | Central London | Permanent\n \nI’m working with a specialist Central London main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and high-end residential schemes across some of London’s most prestigious estates.\n \nThey operate across projects typically ranging from £100k–£5m, covering listed heritage refurbishments, CAT A/B commercial fit-out, high-end residential, and specialist installations. \n \nThis is a proper Project QS role — not a step-up — where you’ll take full commercial ownership of schemes from instruction through to final account.\n \nThe Company\n\nEstablished main contractor operating across Central London\n • Works with major landlords, estates, and private clients\n • Delivers technically detailed refurbishment & fit-out projects\n • Strong reputation for quality, precision, and long-term client relationships\n • Close-knit team — high visibility and genuine progression \nThe Role\n\nFull commercial management from project award through to final account\n • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages\n • Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reporting\n • Producing budgets, forecasts, and CVRs\n • Managing multiple live projects concurrently\n • Working closely with site teams, directors, and clients\n • Supporting delivery across refurbishment, fit-out, and high-end residential schemes \nWhat they’re looking for\n • Experience with JCT contracts\n • Background in refurbishment, fit-out or high-end residential\n • Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards)\n • Strong commercial awareness and ability to run jobs independently\n • Comfortable managing multiple schemes\n\nInterested?\n Michael Ogunyankin | (phone number removed) | (email address removed) . com\n \nNo pressure — if this sounds like you (or someone you rate), feel free to get in touch
