Locations: Prime East London | West London | South London | North London
Developer: Leading UK Tier 1 Main Contractors & Developers
Salary: Up to £75,000 basic + full package (car allowance, travel allowance, bonus, healthcare, pension)

The Role
Reporting directly to a Commercial Manager, you’ll take responsibility for key aspects of cost management, procurement, and contract administration across major work packages.
You’ll ensure financial accuracy, value delivery, and commercial efficiency while collaborating with senior stakeholders to support the successful delivery of these high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Commercial Manager in overseeing project-wide commercial performance. Lead procurement, tendering, subcontractor management, and contract administration. Prepare and review valuations, variations, and cost/value reconciliations (CVRs). Assist with forecasting, reporting, and commercial risk management. Contribute to value engineering and cost-optimisation initiatives. Ensure full compliance with company procedures and commercial best practice. Collaborate closely with project, design, and technical teams to achieve programme, quality, and financial objectives.
About You
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent). Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects. Proven background in RC frame and residential construction. Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in Excel and cost management systems. Detail-driven, proactive, and ambitious to progress within a Tier 1 environment.
