We are currently seeking a skilled Project Planner to enhance our project delivery capabilities. Key Deliverables: As a Project Planner, you will be instrumental in the management of process scheduling and deliverables for the project, change, and fleet teams within the department. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the scheduling process and ensuring deliverables are met for various teams. Taking minutes and tracking risks and actions during project and change meetings. Supporting project team actions, which will involve updating Microsoft Project plans as necessary. Creating vehicle check reports utilising existing IT tools. Ensuring robust change control of plans and effectively managing the change control log. Extracting resource profiles from project plans to provide a regular overview of resource capacity versus requirements. Facilitating clear communication between delivery and project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
