- Tosetup5housingmanagementboardsensuringthattermsofreference,codesofconductandconfidentialityagreementsaredraftedagreedandsigned
- Embedeachboardcreatingacollaborativeenvironmentandstrongbondsintheteamofboardmemberswithmutualrespectforstaffandthemselves.
- Developthecapacityofboardmemberstoplayasignificantroleinshapingandscrutinisingcoreservices
- Ensurethattheboardsareeffectiveandmeaningfulinthescrutinytheyprovidetheservicerecommendationstheymakeandexperiencesoftheparticipantsbothstaffandresidents
JobActivities:ProjectOfficer
- Establishtheappropriateadminworkflowtoensurefullandfairparticipationacrosseachboard, workingwithboardmembersandservicestodeveloptheirworkprogrammeandsupporttheirscrutinyofourservices
- Developandcommissionabespoketrainingandinductionprogrammethatmeetsgeneralandgroupneedsaswellasindividualtrainingneeds,workingwithtenanttrainingbodies,internaldepartmentsandVCSgroups
- Draftreportsonworkattheboards
- Workwithserviceleadsfortheboardsareasoffocustoensureteamsareworkingcloselywiththeboardsensuringtheprovisionoftherightinformationtoensurepeoplecancontributetofairdecisionmaking.
- Undertakeanyotherdutiescommensuratewiththelevelandgradeofthepostasmayberequestedfromtimetotime.
Experienceandskills ProjectOfficer
Wearelookingforsomeonewhohasstronginterpersonalskillsandabletobuildtrustingrelationshipswithboardmembersandtheteamswhoarereportingtoandworkingwitheachoftheboards,whilemangingconflictandensuringgoodgovernance. xbpsjku
Youwillbesomeonewhohasverystrongorganisationalskills,andexcellentreportwritingskillsandexperienceofusingcustomerinsightanduserinvolvementindesigningservicesorshaping improvedservicedelivery.
