TEXO Recruitment are seeking experienced Project Managers on behalf our construction client based in Aberdeen. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an immediate start.


As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects may include highways, drainage, groundworks, utilities, reinforced concrete structures, or general infrastructure works.


Candidates must have experience within previous construction or civils based roles.


Due to recent project wins, our client is looking for a candidate who is a driven and confident leader with strong communication and organisational skills to deliver from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrable experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Manage projects from concept to completition following NEC requirements
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and delivery methods
  • Lead project meetings, manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee programme performance, forecasting, and change control
  • Direct multi-disciplines from site management to commercial teams


Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civils or Utilities
  • Experience working on framework contracts or major infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of NEC Option Contract
  • SMSTS
