Job Description

Robert Half is hiring for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in BlackLine implementations to join a high-impact transformation project for our client. This interim role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a multi-country BlackLine rollout, working closely with the project leadership team, while enjoying a flexible, hybrid arrangement.


Interim Project Manager – BlackLine Implementation

£400–£450/day (negotiable for the right candidate)

Highly Hybrid – only a few days per month in London

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of BlackLine implementation projects from planning through to go-live and post-deployment support.
  • Assisting with modules such as Invoice to Cash, Financial Close Management, Task & Journals, Balancer, and Transaction Matching.
  • Coordinating with teams across the globe to help ensure smooth execution, effective risk management, and timely delivery.
  • Managing RAID logs, maintaining accurate project documentation, and handling day-to-day project administration.
  • Supporting project governance activities, tracking timelines, and preparing stakeholder updates.
  • Contributing to process optimisation and the adoption of operational best practices.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering BlackLine implementations in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong project governance skills with tools like Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of finance transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
