Leeds | Hybrid (2-3 days weekly) |

£40,000 - £50,000 + 15% annual bonus


My client is a rapidly scaling ecommerce business that doubled growth last year and is continuing to invest heavily across platform, operations and systems following a major expansion phase.


They are looking for a Project Manager ideally with experience in retail, fast-paced D2C environments or similar to support the delivery of cross-functional change across technology, ecommerce and operations.


This is a stand-alone role, so you will take full ownership of delivery while helping introduce structure, clarity and pace across a business that is still evolving.


The role

You will work across multiple initiatives, bringing organisation and momentum to projects that are not always fully defined. This role suits someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and can take ownership rather than waiting for direction.


Key responsibilities

  • Own delivery across technology, ecommerce and operational projects
  • Drive progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects move forward at pace
  • Introduce and maintain clear, practical documentation, plans and timelines
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Coordinate teams across engineering, ecommerce, operations and third parties
  • Support testing, rollout and adoption of new systems and processes


What they’re looking for

  • Experience delivering technology or operational change projects
  • Background working in fast-paced ecommerce or retail environments
  • Comfortable operating as a stand-alone PM with full ownership
  • Able to bring structure and clarity to projects that are still taking shape
  • Strong communicator who can work across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Pragmatic approach to process, able to introduce structure without overcomplicating
