As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project to client satisfaction and in accordance with my clients policies, procedures, cultural approach and construction excellence.

Responsibilities of a Project Manager

Lead delivery as a single team, working collaboratively with our clients, subcontractors, design teams, and internal colleagues Appropriately resource projects and clearly define roles and responsibilities to the project team to support delivery of works Continually monitor team performance, set objectives, and identify training or development needs Set clear expectations, drive high performance, and foster positive, collaborative relationships with the supply chain Support the production of, and be responsible for, communicating clear project expectations Maintain project presentation, ensuring that site boundaries, roads, welfare and office areas are clean and tidy.
