We're Hiring: Project Manager / Business Analyst – Derivatives & Clearing We’re looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in derivatives clearing to help deliver a high-profile global change programme across Futures and OTC clearing for a leading investment bank. Rate: £515/day, initial 9 month contract Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of strategic change projects Drive initiatives across Futures, Derivatives, and Clearing (FDC) operations. Own project documentation: charters, plans, risk/issue logs, requirements, and stakeholder updates. Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure milestones are met. Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders and global program coordinators. Support innovation through process improvement across FDC operations. Build executive-level presentations and act as a change champion across the business. ✅ Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in banking operations, change, or transformation. Proven background in project management and business analysis . Strong knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and OTC products. Familiarity with ETD/OTC regulatory reporting is a plus. Excellent stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Project).
