The role
You will work across multiple business teams, keeping track of output and performance and look for innovative solutions to problems that may arise. You will also ensure teams adhere to the project management framework and use the right tools, processes and reporting principles. You will ensure we continue to provide a high level of quality and client satisfaction, and strive to deliver a world class service to our clients whilst implementing improvements and ensuring profitability.
You will be comfortable being customer facing, focused and being able to report to the management team.
Experience:
Proven track record in an Project Manager role or similar leadership position for 2 years.
Proficiency in ITIL and Incident Management processes.
Demonstrated ability in budget management and successful project management.
Having a solid understanding of IT systems, networking and computer software would be beneficial to the role however not a must.Be a logical problem solver who can operate under constraints, ideally working in a professional services business and be familiar with the responsibilities and pressure of IT service delivery.
You will be passionate about excellent customer service, organised and highly motivated, with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
You will be a 1 st class communicator with clients, directors and our internal team.
You will have strong organisational skills, demonstrating planning, monitoring and control, whilst being able to lead and motivate by example.
The Role:
To manage multiple projects from start to finish, with risks, conflicting deadlines and pressures utilising project management tools, processes, frameworks and reporting standards.
Ensuring a high level of communication across projects with internal team, clients, 3 rd parties, suppliers and subcontractors.
Duties and KPIs:
To manage & oversee all IT projects from the initial sales handover to project completion.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation depending on project value.
Identify key stakeholders and establish effective communication channels & address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance, and motivation to project team members whist fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Assess project tasks and risks, and allocate work to team members based on skills and capacity. Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Utilise project management software to plan, monitor, and track project progress, generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and management
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional project delivery.
Join project calls and initial kick off meetings with clients and suppliers to fully understand the expectations and requirements.
Be flexible to attend sites for project kick off meetings and project closures to make sure we have client satisfaction
Oversee lessons learned and understand/plan on how these obstacles can be overcome for the next project.

International and National customer base but the majority are based in and around London.
Day to day
Communication:
Line manager, Service desk manager, Customer service manager, Projects Team, Professional Service Team, Networks Team, Security Team, Client success managers.
Travel
From a day-to-day perspective, this role will require you to
commute only to/from our head office where the role will be
Situated with occasional visits to our London office.
Additionally, you may be required to travel as and when necessary to:
- Our London office when required (for training or if the Head
Office becomes unavailable)
- Other regional offices (both existing and new for reasons similar
to the above)
- To customers across the Southeast (and in some cases
nationally) and when deemed as a requirement of the role
