Projects Manager | Primarily remote (80–90%) with London-based projects and office attendance every second Wednesday | £40,000 – £62,500 (dependent on experience) Plus £475 per month car allowance

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £20k to £7M

* Lead projects from conception through to completion

* Contribute to the design and planning stages of projects

* Provide input into project estimation where required

* Review, understand and approve quotations and tender documentation

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company procedures

* Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors and suppliers

* Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and timelines

* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the department

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional who can demonstrate:

* Proven experience in project management (extensive experience preferred)

* Strong knowledge of the fire alarm industry

* Security systems knowledge is advantageous

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

* Strong commercial awareness

* Enthusiasm for career progression and leadership opportunities

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Following significant growth within our clients Projects department, they are looking to recruit a Projects / Contracts Manager. With major projects secured for 2026 and beyond, they have a focus on long-term growth within the installation side of the business.

As Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects and driving operational excellence across the business.
