Looking for a hands on and experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Our client is a market leader in customer experience technology and this role offers strong career development, predominately remote working with 1 day per week in the office and the chance to work with some of the most innovative tools in the industry.Project ManagerBedford (one day a week on site)£45,000 to £50,000 per annum (doe)In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products, applications, and services to end users as well as to translate technical information back to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver products, applications, and services to achieve high levels of customer satisfactionWork cross-functionally to support customer engagement and the expansion of products and servicesLiaise with internal departments to ensure project mandates are clearly understood, agreed, and delivered to scheduleManage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are produced and distributedManage project budgetsSkills and ExperienceEssential:Experience working in a technical, customer-facing environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skillsAbility to resolve or escalate issues effectively and sensitivelySelf-motivated, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervisionDesirable:ICT or related degree, IT Apprenticeship, or relevant industry experiencePRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP qualificationScrum Master qualificationAgile and/or Scrum delivery experienceExperience delivering IT application and/or telecommunications solutions within Public Sector and Corporate environmentsSpecial ConditionsFull driving licence and access to a vehicleFlexibility to work away from home, occasionally at short noticeOccasional travel to other officesSuccessful completion of pre-employment screening and NPPV3 screeningIf this Project Manager role would be of interest please contact Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.JBRP1_UKTJ
