Project Manager | Aerospace R&D Environment

Bedford | £50k–£60k


I’m working with a highly specialised engineering organisation that delivers complex technical programmes for some of the world’s leading aviation and defence companies.


They’re looking for a Project Manager with around 3–5 years’ experience who enjoys working in technical, fast-moving environments and wants to take the next step in their career.


You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to be comfortable working alongside highly technical specialists and confident enough to ask the right questions, challenge processes, and keep projects moving.


Projects typically involve design, manufacturing and technical testing, so the role sits right at the centre of engineering teams, commercial teams and clients.


What they’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience delivering projects

• Background in engineering, manufacturing, R&D or other technical environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex work
