The Opportunity We at Pegasus Search & Selection are proud to be supporting the recruitment of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a leading Construction Consultancy organisation growing their Infrastructure team in Warrington and Manchester. Due to a strong pipeline of work and increasing demand across major infrastructure projects, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and aspiring leaders to make a tangible impact. Our clients current project portfolio spans multiple sectors including Transportation (Rail/Aviation/Highways and Utilities) as well as emerging and vital areas such as Carbon Capture, Energy Storage, Nuclear New Build, Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), and Transmission & Distribution. This is your chance to contribute to some of the UK’s most exciting and technically complex developments. Key Responsibilities: You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project management services, acting as the day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Advising clients at a strategic level during project inception Defining project requirements and success criteria (cost, time, technical, performance) Establishing project governance, systems, and controls Producing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules About You / We are keen to hear from professionals with: Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (£10m–£25m) Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-driven approach to delivery Knowledge of governance, risk, procurement, and programme controls Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and project delivery (could be working for a Construction Consultancy or Contractor) A relevant degree and/or professional accreditation (e.g., APM, RICS, PMP) is desirable What’s on Offer: Join a respected, innovative consultancy known for delivering impactful infrastructure across the globe Be part of a culture that champions learning, , and professional development Enjoy flexible career progression pathways with access to senior leadership opportunities Work on high-profile, mission-critical projects that shape the future of communities Benefit from a supportive and collaborative team environment that values wellbeing and inclusivity Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (Warrington or Manchester-based)
