We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of regional projects — leading by example in health & safety, quality, environmental management, and commercial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring works run to budget and programme.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Implement company-wide policies and procedures for health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Chair site meetings, manage short-term programmes, and oversee supply chain coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and maintain high safety standards.
Mentor and support your project team, fostering personal development and growth.
Keep accurate site records, reports, and documentation in line with contract specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing projects for a main contractor within the construction sector.
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of health & safety legislation and quality control processes.
Minimum HNC qualification in a relevant construction subject.
IT literacy essential; knowledge of Asta Powerproject and NEC/JCT contracts desirable.
CSCS card, CITB Level 3 Safety Course, and professional membership are desirable but not essential.
