Overview

A skilled and organized Project Manager is required to oversee multiple live sites within the healthcare and HVAC sector. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is confident managing day‑to‑day site operations, and is comfortable handling a significant amount of administrative and compliance‑related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of 2-3 concurrent projects on active sites.

Ensure all site activities run smoothly, safely, and in line with industry regulations.

Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.

Lead on refurbishment works, including increasing involvement in HVAC‑related projects.

Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the healthcare environment.

Produce and manage detailed project documentation-this role is admin‑heavy, so confidence with paperwork is essential.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Project Manager within HVAC and Building Building Services

Background in healthcare is desirable.

Understanding of HVAC systems

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Comfortable with detailed administrative tasks and documentation
