Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards Requirements 5+ years experience managing HVAC or air conditioning projects Running multiple projects in value from £25k - £900k. In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices. Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
