With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B commercial office spaces, they thrive on repeat business, direct client introductions, and negotiated contracts - no cold pitching, no endless tenders.

What You'll Be Doing:

\n

\n Leading high-spec CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects across London \n

Running projects from pre-con through to delivery (Microsoft Projects used) \n

Working directly with end clients, estate agents, and internal design teams \n

Collaborating with trusted freelancers and in-house PMs \n

Managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and client relationships \n

\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n Strong background in CAT A & B office fit-outs \n

Confident running jobs from start to finish \n

Ideally experience working with D&B contractors \n

A team player who gets stuck in - personality and banter matter \n

Able to work flexibly and independently, with a results-driven mindset \n
