Project Manager (MRICS / APC Pathway) | London - hybrid | up to £60,000

Are you a Project Manager within the construction industry?

MRICS qualified or on the pathway for the qualification?

We're partnered with a start-up property development company which has delivered innovative and high-quality projects in construction industry.

This is a great opportunity for a Construction Project Manager lead on projects in a smaller environment, become a fully-certified MRICS Surveyor and a chance to build out your own team.

Main focus of the role

Leading project management across a range of construction projects from commercial refurbishment and multi-storey new build residential, to passivehaus developments and heritage assets.

Skills & Experience:

• Ideally MRICS qualified with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Alternatively, APC-prep or on the MRICS pathway with relevant experience.
• Background in Project Management
• Knowledge of building regulations, construction contracts, and health & safety standards.
• Salary up to £60,000
• Hybrid working in Central London office
