We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects. This is a key role with responsibility for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage all phases of construction within the project scope. * Plan, coordinate, and deliver formwork, concrete works, and associated structural elements. * Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure programme, quality, and design objectives are achieved. * Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and implement cost control measures. * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting high productivity and exceptional workmanship. * Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM regulations, and company procedures. * Review technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments to ensure works meet specifications. * Chair regular progress meetings and report updates to senior management.
