Project Manager – Civils / Construction

Hull, East Yorkshire Permanent £60,000 – £65,000 + package

A rapidly expanding regional civils and construction contractor is looking for a delivery-driven Project Manager to take full ownership of projects across Hull and the surrounding area.

This is not a desk-based PM role. You’ll be trusted to run work properly — from pre-start to handover — with real autonomy and responsibility.

What You’ll Be Trusted With

Running projects end-to-end with full accountability

Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Owning programme, cost, quality, and delivery performance

Setting and enforcing health & safety standards

Working directly with commercial teams on valuations and variations

Acting as the key contact for clients and stakeholders

What We Want

Proven Project Manager experience in civils or construction

Strong site background — groundworks / infrastructure preferred

Confident decision-maker who drives results

Commercially switched-on and programme-focused

Comfortable managing multiple workstreams

SMSTS essential (or in progress)
