Project Manager – Defence Digital – MoD Programmes – Hybrid (UK)


We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of a high-profile defence digital programme, operating within a structured, governance-heavy environment.


This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, ensuring control across scope, schedule, cost, and risk, while supporting senior stakeholders with clear reporting and decision-making insight.


You’ll be working across multiple stakeholders including military, technical, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and successful programme execution.


Skills & Experience:


Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering projects in defence, digital, or complex environments
  • Strong understanding of MoD governance and assurance frameworks
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external suppliers
  • Strong stakeholder management, including military-facing environments
  • Experience maintaining project controls (plans, RAID, reporting, etc.)
  • Confident producing high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders
  • SC Clearance (active or eligible)


Desirable:

  • Formal project management accreditation (PRINCE2, APM, etc.)
  • Experience working within Defence Digital or similar environments
  • Exposure to safety, security, or regulated programmes
