This role will be accountable for leading projects within our touring sales, contact center, and broader commercial functions—ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, execution excellence, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a balance of structured project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset. They will work closely with senior leaders and teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and Finance to bring initiatives from concept to reality. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of VCP and continuous improvement projects. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Monday.com or similar tools. Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and budgets across multiple initiatives. Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and blockers to maintain project momentum. Ensure alignment to strategic goals, commercial targets, and transformation roadmaps. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a central point of contact across departments for assigned initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including Sales, Marketing, Contact Center, Product, IT, and Finance teams. Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and escalate critical decisions as needed. Maintain clear documentation including project charters, status reports, dashboards, risk logs, and decision trackers. Business Value & Change Delivery Ensure that all project activity is tied to delivering tangible value as defined in the VCP. Support business case development and post-implementation tracking of KPIs, ROI, and benefits realization. Collaborate with transformation leads and initiative owners to build execution plans that are grounded in operational reality. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement enhancements to project workflows, sales processes, and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Share learnings and best practices across projects and departments. Support adoption and change management efforts to embed new ways of working. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in a sales, operations, or transformation-focused environment. Proven success managing cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives in a matrixed organization. Familiarity with sales operations, customer engagement, and commercial processes in a B2B or B2C context. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet). Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or CAPM) preferred.
