Role Overview:

\n

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of key Marketing Technology initiatives during a 12+ month maternity leave cover. This role will focus on the deployment and integration of Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) and the selection and implementation of a Workfront solution.

\n

You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation support. The role requires strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple consulting teams.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n Lead the end-to-end project management of Adobe DAM deployment and Workfront implementation. \n

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consulting teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. \n

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. \n

Support the vendor selection process for Workfront, including RFPs, evaluations, and onboarding. \n

Ensure alignment with technology and governance standards. \n

Provide regular updates and reporting to the Functions Technology Programme Manager. \n

Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews as needed. \n

Required Skills & Experience: \n

3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing technology or digital transformation context. \n

Proven experience with Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) - preferably during early-stage deployments. \n

Familiarity with Workfront or similar work management platforms. \n

Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). \n

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills. \n

Experience working with cross-functional and consulting teams. \n

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM). \n

Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries. \n

Based in or willing to commute to London. \n
