Key Responsibilities: Lead projects end-to-end, from planning through on-site delivery and final client sign-off Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with varying levels of complexity and scale Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver on time and within budget Supervise installation engineers and ensure quality standards are met Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks Act as a single point of contact for all project updates and communications Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development Prepare and submit RAMS documentation as required What You'll Need: Solid background in project management (AV or technical experience is a bonus) Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet demanding timelines Experience working on live construction sites is advantageous Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays SER-IN
